die is van my geworden schu.
Hou soud ick dys genesen
Ick meynde dat icks noyt en verdiende
daer is een ander int herte geresen
dit bin ick daegeliex aensinde
hou soud ick dies genesen.

English translation

O cruel fortune, you make me weep now:
she to whom I was once dearest has come to avoid me.
Oh, I thought I would never deserve this.
There is another who has risen in her heart: this I have to witness daily.
Oh, how will I overcome this?
