Parvulus hodie natus est nobis, et filius datus est nobis,
princeps pacis, pater futuri saeculi.
Alleluia.
Jubilemus et laetemur, quoniam exultant coeli.
Canunt angeli gloriam eius, laudantes et glorificantes Dominum.
Alleluia.
English translation
For unto us a child is born this day, and unto us a son is given,
The prince of peace, and father of ages to come.
Alleluia.
Let us rejoice and be glad, for the heavens rejoice.
The angels sing of his glory, praising and worshipping the Lord.
