Sub tuum praesidium ad te confugimus, sancta Dei genetrix; nostras deprecationes ne despicias in necessatibus, sed a periculis cunctis libera nos, semper virgo gloriosa et benedicta.
English translation by Edward Tambling
We fly to thy patronage, O holy Mother of God; despise not our prayers in our necessities, but deliver us from all dangers, O ever glorious and blessed virgin.
