Ta bonne grâce et maintien gracieux
et le regard de tes doux riants yeux
m'ont transpersé fortement le coeur.
Contraint je suis de crier à la porte
"Miséricorde au pauvre langoureux".

English translation

Your gentle beauty and gracious bearing
And glance when a smile your eyes are wearing
Have so completely bound me in your thrall
That I am forced from your doorstep to call,
“Have pity on the poor one despairing!”
