Midi out of sync

He he - what fun!

From bar 140 or so, the organ plays about a quaver behind the 'voices'. Very odd effect, similar to some rehearsals I've conducted !! It might just be the right hand that's behind, but I couldn't listen more than once because it gave me a nervous 'tick' listening.

I wonder how the contributor made the midi do that.

Oh dear! Clearly I should have listened to it right the way through. It's an occasional problem I've found with creating midi files from Capella, but it's not clear what the cause is. I'll see if I can create an uncorrupt one and upload it.

Correction of midi file

I've done this now, and it seems to work. I've changed the accompaniment to piano, rather than organ, Not sure why this should correct it though.Jamesgibb 14:22, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
