copyright question about your God Be in My Head score

Thank you for your efforts to contribute scores to CPDL. We noticed that you recently uploaded God Be in My Head. Unfortunately, it's our understanding that this work does not enter the public domain until the year 2011. Do you have information that would indicate different timing for when it enters the public domain, or do you have permission from the copyright holder? We'd welcome the opportunity to host the score on CPDL once we can be comfortable that it is not violating copyright, so would appreciate your prompt reply. Otherwise, we would need to remove the score from our site. We'll plan on doing that unless we hear back within 14 days. Thank you! | |
