Latin text 53:4a  Vere languores nostros ipse tulit et dolores nostros ipse portavit 53:5b  cujus livore sanati sumus Dulce lignum, dulce clavos, dulcia ferens pondera quae sola fuistis digna sustinere regem coelorum et Dominum. Spanish translation 53:4a  Verdaderamente Él mismo cargó con nuestras debilidades y soportó nuestros sufrimientos. 53:5b  Por su lividez hemos sido sanados. Dulce madero, dulces clavos, por llevar el dulce peso que sólo tú fuiste digno de sostener: el Rey y el Señor de los Cielos.

English translation 53:4a  Truly, our failings he has taken upon himself and our sorrows he has borne 53:5b  By his wounds we have been saved. O sweet wood, O sweet nails that bore this sweet burden which alone were worthy to support the King of heaven and Lord.
