Description: This setting of verses 10-12 of James Merrick's metrical version of Psalm 2 was published on p11 of Improved Psalmody (London, 1794), compiled by William Dechair Tattersall. In that collection, it is given the descriptive heading 'Kings exhorted to Worship God and his Messiah', and is attributed to 'Rd. Worgan'. Hymn Tune Index tune number 6549.
