Amor che'l mondo ciecamente rege,
Che se glie dato poc' acort' in preda,
Larg' hor gli da la sua non dritta legge,
Perche la gente il riverissa e creda,
E'l van desio che sempr' il mal s'elegge,
Ne par che'l suo disnor discerna o veda,
E per seguir quel lusinghier s'intento,
Ch'ogni casto pensier da l'alm' ha spento.
