The Latin text, of which Eccard uses only the first part, is to be found in Fertur in conviviis (Orlando di Lasso). The second German text is:

German text Ich bring meim Herrn ein volles Glas    ex bona charitate Er setzt das gleslein an den mund, Er trancks heraus bis auff den grund, Er hat sein dingen recht gethan, Sein Nachpaur sol ein volles han, Er setzt das gleslein an den mund, Er trancks heraus bis auff den grund, Es hat jm leyden wol gethan, Das gleslein das soll umbher gahn.

English translation I fetch my master a brimmed glass,    out of good charity, He puts the glass to his mouth, He drinks it out unto the ground, He has done his work well, His neighbour shall have a full one, He puts the glass to his mouth, He drinks it out unto the ground, It has well done him harm, The glass shall be passed around.
