Ne derelinquas amicum antiquum, novus autem non erit similis illi.
Vinum novum, amicus novus veterascet et cum suavitate bibes illud.
(Ecclesiasticus 9,14-15)
 

Hungarian translation

Ne hagyd el régi barátodat, mert az új nem ér fel vele.
Új barát - új bor; amikor ó lett belőle, akkor igyad gyönyörűséggel.
 

English translation

Forsake not an old friend, for the new will not be like to him.
A new friend is as new wine: it shall grow old, and thou shalt drink it with pleasure.
