English text
O God, in whose hands are the hearts of kings,
which art the comforter of the humble,
and a defender of all them that trust in thee,
grant our King Edward the Sixt,
and to the Christen people which are under his governance,
to worship thee in spirit and truth
according to the rule of thy holy Gospel of thy Son,
our Saviour Christ.
Grant this, O Lord for our Saviour Christ's sake,
which liveth and reigneth with thee in unity of the Holy Ghost,
world without end.
Amen.
