m.5 missing A♭4 for the first two beats

m.6 missing crotchet A♭4-B♭4 on first beat

m.8 top F-E♭ should be sequential crotchets, not simultaneous minims

m.12 C-E♭ should be A♭-C

m.16 missing pedal indication
