Biography

William Skinner Vinning was born in Newton Abbott, Devon, England, and trained at at Trinity College, Cambridge. He was organist of Torquay Parish Church; St. Luke’s, Torquay; and St. Peter’s, Bayswater, London. He died near Edmonton, Middlesex, England. He composed church music, organ pieces and assorted small works.
