The Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord ordinarily falls on March 25, unless there is a conflict with the Easter cycle. If it falls in Holy Week or in the Octave of Easter it is usually transferred to the second Monday after Easter Sunday. If it falls on a Sunday during Lent before Holy Week, it is usually transferred to the next Monday.
