Latin text Apud Dominum misericordia, et copiosa apud eum redemptio. Sustinui te, Domine, sustinuit anima mea in verbo ejus: speravit anima mea in Domino.

English translation With the Lord there is mercy, in him is plentiful redemption. I wait for the Lord, my soul does wait, and in his word do I hope: my soul waits for the Lord.
