  • (Posted 2014-04-11)  CPDL #31640:        (Sibelius 7)
Editor: Edmund Gooch (submitted 2014-04-11).   Score information: A4, 2 pages, 67 kB   Copyright: Public Domain
Edition notes: The order of staves in the source is Alto - Tenor - Soprano - Bass, with the alto part printed in the treble clef an octave above sounding pitch. The part given here as an alto line in bars 26-29 is printed on the tenor stave in the source, but is marked with a treble clef, indicating it should be sung as a second treble-range part rather than by the tenors. The small notes in the soprano and alto parts in bar 25 have been added editorially to accommodate the extra syllable in the sixth line of the second and third verses of the text.
