Biography

Ernest Harry Smith was born in Faversham, England. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Organists and served as organist at St. Mary’s, Westerham; St. Bede’s, Liverpool; and St. James’, New Brighton. He died in Wallasey, Merseyside, England. His compositions include organ and piano music, anthems, madrigals, and part-songs.
