Biography

Frederick Freeman Price was an American farmer and composer-arranger. After 1810 he moved to Spartanburg County, South Carolina, where he apparently met William Walker; he contributed several tunes to Walker's Southern Harmony, 1835. Price married Elizabeth Kennedy on 11 December 1824 in Union County, South Carolina; they later moved to Alabama. There is no Wikipedia page for Frederick Price.
