Biography
Herbert Edward Crimp was born in England and studied at the Hampstead Conservatoire. He was a member of Savoy Theatre Company, a touring theatrical conductor, and a reader for a music publishing firm. He held organist positions at Holy Trinity Church, New Barnet; and Priory Church, Leominster, Herefordshire. He was also a professor of music and conductor of the Leominster Choral Society. He died in Leominster.
