Latin text 118:46  Loquebar de testimoniis tuis in conspectu regum, et non confundebar: 118:47  et meditabar in mandatis tuis, quae dilexi nimis. versus: Ps. 91:2 Bonum est confiteri Domino, et psallere nomini tuo, Altissime. Gloria Patri… Psalm Beati immaculati in via qui ambulant in lege Domini. Ps. 116 (117): Laudate Dominum omnes gentes, laudate eum omnes populi: quoniam confirmata est super nos misericordia ejus et veritas Domini manet in aeternum.

English translation 119:46  I spoke of Thy testimonies before kings, and I was not ashamed; 119:47  I meditated also on Thy commandments, which I loved exceedingly. Verse for the beheading of St John the Baptist, (29 August): 92:1  It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord : and to sing praises unto thy Name, O most High.
