Dutch text O God wy hebbent well verstaen, ons vaders hebbent ons vertelt, dat werck dat gy hebt gedaen hoe gy tot haer waert gestelt: die heydens heeft vernielt dyn hant, daer gy die hebt uuyt gestoten, hebt gy ons vaders geplant, ons vaders geplant.

Dutch translation (Nieuwe Bijbel Vertaling) O God, met eigen oren hebben wij het gehoord, onze vaderen verhaalden het ons: het werk dat Gij gewrocht hebt in hun dagen, in de dagen van ouds. Met uw hand hebt Gij volken verdreven, en hen geplant, natien geteisterd, en hen uitgebreid.

English translation (King James) We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, [what] work thou didst in their days, in the times of old. [How] thou didst drive out the heathen with thy hand, and plantedst them; [how] thou didst afflict the people, and cast them out.
