Two transcription errors identified:

• Tenor (fourth part), mm.86–87: the printing error in the 1554 source (whereby the first note of m.86 is printed as a minim, rather than a semibreve) has been replicated, and the first two notes of m.87 have been changed from semiminims to minims (presumably in an attempt to resolve the minim beat now 'missing' from the previous bar). This has in turn created a dissonance at m.87.1. The 1558 source is correct at this point.
• Superius (uppermost part), mm.152–153: the second note of m.152 has been mis-transcribed as a minim (rather than a semibreve) and the first two notes of m.153 have been changed from semiminims to minims (presumably in an attempt to resolve the minim beat now 'missing' from the previous bar), giving rise to parallel octaves with the Tenor. Both sources are correct at this point.
