Latin text
Unum cole deum, nec jures vana per ipsum,
Sabbata sanctifices, habeas in honore parentes,
Non sis occisor, fur, mechus, testis iniquus,
Alterius nuptam nec rem cupias alienam.
English translation
Worship one god; do not vainly swear by his name,
keep the sabbath holy; honour your parents;
do not be a killer, thief, adulterer or wrongful witness
and do not covet another man’s bride or property.
