English translation There went a good thresher all around the country, he went where there was threshing. Then he did fiddle for her and she played for him so sweetly. Fair maid you are so sweet. On your field there is good threshing. Then he did fiddle for her and she played for him so sweetly. He lead her down in the fields, And did to her as the rooster does to the hen.
