The Rev. Dr. Antonio Grimaldi was a priest and composer who trained in the Sistine Chapel choir as a bass, and was a Doctor of Music. He later moved in the 1930's to St. Mary and St. John's church, Wolverhampton, England, (of all places!) to be the director of music. He was a much loved figure there composing music of very high quality and a very successful choir trainer.
