Si mon malheur m’y continue,
je ne scay pas, je ne ditz pas, que je feray.
A tout le moins je changeray,
si le courage ne minue.

Modern French
Si mon malheur continue,
je ne sais et ne dis pas ce que je ferai.
Au moins je changerai,
si le courage n'y diminue.

English translation

If misfortune o’er me prevails,
I do not know, I will not say what I intend.
At the least my ways I shall mend,
Save if my courage to do so fails.
