Dutch text Als zy zyn getogen al uuyt Egipten lant, al van die vremde naci dat volck van Israel, heiligheit gecomen Gods macht is daer plant int Joetsche lant, en Israel verstaet des worden wel. Als dit die zee sach aen, haestelich heeft zy wech gegaen, al metter spoet terug ginck die Jordan, die bergen vrucht ontfaen, recht als die scaepkens soet.

Dutch translation (Nieuwe Bijbel Vertaling) Toen Israël uit Egypte toog, Jakobs huis uit een volk van vreemde taal, Werd Juda tot zijn heiligdom, Israël zijn rijksgebied. De zee zag het en vluchtte,  de Jordaan wendde zich achterwaarts; De bergen sprongen als rammen, de heuvelen als lammeren.

English translation (King James) When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language; Judah was his sanctuary, [and] Israel his dominion. The sea saw [it], and fled: Jordan was driven back. The mountains skipped like rams, [and] the little hills like lambs.
