Latin text O pater immensa cuius bonitate foventur  omnia quae mundi machina cunque capit, respice nos animis placidusque illabere nostris,  qui sumus a Christo gens tua facta tuo. German translation Oh Vater, durch dessen unermessliche Güte alles gehütet wird, was das Weltgebäude umfasst, schau auf uns und erleuchte sanft unsere Sinne, die wir von Deinem Christus zu Deinem Volk gemacht wurden. English translation Father, through whose immeasurable goodness everything is guarded that the universe contains, look upon us and gently illuminate our souls as creatures whom your Christ made into your people.
