German text Die Brinlein die da fliessen, die sol man trincken/ und wer ein steten bulen hat, der sol man wincken/ ja wincken mit den augen/ und tretten auff den fuß/ es ist ein herter orden/ der sein buln meiden muß.

English translation From the little brooks that flow here/ You should drink/ and who has a steady lover, should wink to her/ yes, wink to her with your eyes/ and tread lightly with your foot/ it is an hard fate/ to have to avoid your lover.
